Lucas Evans is a restaurant owner in Dallas, Texas. He has been in the restaurant business for over 20 years and has owned several successful restaurants throughout the city. Lucas was born and raised in Dallas and attended college at the University of North Texas where he studied hospitality management. After graduating, he opened his first restaurant, which quickly became a local favorite.
